Patrick Boehler, Sound Designer.

Finally a job describtion that matches my skills. Over the years i ventured out in music production, cinema work, synthesized sounds and experimental soundinstallations. These skills fluently merge in every project. I have been mentoring upcoming talents and will continue to do so.

2003 - today. Freelance sound designer with recordingstudio in Zurich.
2003 - today. Sound designer for SRF, Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen. Promotional trailers, audio-podcasts and station-IDs for national radio and television.
1999 - 2003. Sound designer at JingleJungle Zurich. Television advertising, Dolby 5.1 mixes, ADR work and recording voice talents.
1990 - 1999. Studio manager and sound designer at Turnus Films in Gutenswil. Corporate movies, television advertising. Learning everything about sound design on the job.
1988 - 1990. Music producer in Paris, France. Productions for rap crews Assassin and Supreme NTM (more here). Assistant dubber at Les Auditoriums de Joinville. Working on movies by Robert Altman, Peter Brook and Jean Jacques Annaud.
1984 - 1987. Assistant sound engineer at Powerplay Studios in Maur, Zurich. Work for Giorgio Moroder, Conny Plank, Chris Kimsey and local bands. Learning everything about recording music on the job.
1983 - 1984. F+F Schule für experimentelles Gestalten, Zurich.
1973 - 1983. Primary and secondary schools, Zurich.
